BodySpec is seeking a dependable, organized, and family-oriented Personal & Family Assistant to support both Co-CEOs in managing household, family, and limited business-related logistics.
This role provides hands-on assistance across personal, family, and administrative areas — ensuring the Co-CEOs can focus on leading the business while keeping home life running smoothly.

The ideal candidate enjoys working around children, thrives on multitasking, and balances professionalism with warmth and flexibility.


Key Responsibilities

Family & Household Support (Majority of Role)

  • Manage family calendars, activities, and appointments for three young children (ages 6, 4, and 2) and household pets.
     
  • Coordinate childcare schedules, after-school activities, and transportation.
     
  • Assist with family travel planning and logistics.
     
  • Oversee household vendors, deliveries, and errands (groceries, home maintenance, supplies, etc.).
     
  • Help with home organization and family event coordination.
     
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all family matters.
     
  • Be comfortable and positive working around young children and dogs on a regular basis.
     

Executive & Administrative Coordination (Secondary Role)

  • Support both Co-CEOs with select professional scheduling and communications.
     
  • Align family and business calendars to ensure smooth daily operations.
     
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, meetings, and events as needed.
     
  • Serve as an in-office point of contact and liaison for scheduling and communication.
     
  • Handle light administrative and organizational tasks that bridge personal and professional responsibilities.
     


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
     
  • Excellent communication and discretion.
     
  • Friendly, calm, and reliable under pressure.
     
  • Comfortable assisting in a home-office hybrid environment and around small children.
     
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, shared calendars, messaging apps, etc.).
     
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
     
  • Prior experience in family assistance, childcare coordination, or household management preferred but not required.
     


Compensation & Structure

  • Full-time, exempt position.
     
  • Salary: $55,000 per year, with benefits per company policy.
     
  • Role supports both Co-CEOs and their family, combining household and limited business coordination duties.
     
  • A proportional share of compensation related to personal and family work is personally reimbursed to the company in accordance with an internal cost-allocation policy.
