Take ownership of BodySpec’s growing facility network and expansion projects nationwide. This role combines day-to-day facility operations management, vendor sourcing, construction coordination, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure new storefronts launch smoothly and existing locations remain operational and optimized.

What Will You Do?

• Serve as primary BodySpec liaison for property managers across all storefront locations.
• Source and manage local vendors (contractors, signage, electrical, specialty trades) for new market expansions.
• Support new storefront launches by establishing utility accounts, and purchasing necessary furniture, fixtures and materials.
• Coordinate emergency response for facility outages (internet, power, HVAC) to minimize downtime and maintain scanning operations.
• Submit claims for maintenance or repair work as needed.
• Coordinate contractors, architects, and vendors throughout construction and installation phases.
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline goals.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all facilities.
• Develop standardized processes for rapid location scaling and facility upkeep.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs between expansion and operations teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in construction management, facilities operations, or project coordination is strongly preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects across various stages of completion.
• The desire to learn, master, and apply technical and operational concepts is required.
• This position reports to the Production Manager and works closely with the Expansion Project Manager.
• Work will take place at our offices in Austin, TX. Occasional travel to other BodySpec operating regions will be necessary.

Compensation:

All-in total expected compensation as a first-year Project Coordinator is $64,850.

• Starting pay for the position is $55,000 per year.
  • Full-time team members also receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals. All goals are designed to be challenging but doable, and we hit our monthly revenue goals in 2025 for 9 out of 12 months.
• All team members regardless of status or position are eligible for profit sharing/stock options
